The United States and Canada are fundraising countries which support ORT’s activities around the world.
Through the work of ORT America, the US is the largest source of ORT fundraising.
ORT Canada – through the work of ORT Toronto, ORT Montreal, ORT Vancouver and ORT Edmonton – is a fundraising organization which supports selected local educational projects as well as ORT programs worldwide.

ORT America was created in 2007 from the merger of Women’s American ORT – established in 1927 – and American ORT – established in 1922.
