Wingate Leadership Training Program

The annual Wingate Leadership Training Program (LEAD) runs across a one-year period for an outstanding group of professionals who have demonstrated their potential to be ORT’s future educational leaders and senior managers.

It opens with a week-long conference looking at aspects of educational leadership.

The program combines face-to-face and online training, collaborative projects and written assignments. Training covers different aspects of leadership, developing a deeper understanding of communication and motivation. Participants will identify the styles and methods of leadership that will enable them to make the greatest impact in leading improvement for their school.

The program works towards improving the educational standards of participating institutions. The training provides our professional staff with the skills to lead teams of teachers and implement the vision and strategy of senior leadership in schools on a daily basis.
